Kitchen Cabinet Hardware can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. For additional information and shipping quotes, please call our customer service center at 888-883-5860.

We generally have over 95% of our items in stock. It takes us one day to process your order and approximately four days to ship it to you. If your items are backordered we will ship what we can and ship the rest when we get them in from the manufacturer in approximately 7-10 business days. Deliveries that are split into multiple shipments due to backorders will not result in additional shipping charges. Because Anne at Home products are customized for your enjoyment, these products take slightly longer to ship. If you'd like expedited shipping, please call our customer service center at 888-883-5860 and we will gladly arrange it for you.

Kitchen Cabinet Hardware requests that every customer review their products immediately upon the receipt of their order, to make sure that there were no damaged goods or product shortages. Although errors in order processing are unlikely, Kitchen Cabinet Hardware is not responsible for errors reported after 2 weeks of the receipt of the products.

To return any item, simply contact us to receive a return authorization number and then ship back the items. We cannot accpet returns without this number. Your account will be credited with the refund within two weeks. It's that simple!

Customers wishing to return Anne at Home products MUST return the products within 30 days of ordering. Because Anne At Home hardware is custom made, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all Anne at home returns. All other products may be returned at any time, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the return takes place more than 30 days after the customer receives the order. The customer must pay all return shipping fees in order to receive a refund.

*For deliveries within the contiguous United States. Excludes Anne at Home cabinet hardware. Customers are eligible for free shipping on Anne at Home products when their Anne at Home order is over $100. All Anne at Home orders under $100 are subject to a $5 processing fee.
